The mission of Northwestern Mutual is to develop enduring relationships with clients by providing expert guidance for a lifetime of financial security. Candace works with clients to identify their definitions of financial security and then focuses on solutions that can help make those financial goals a reality. She helps find the right solutions for personal, family or business needs.

Candace attended the University of Southern California and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Speech Communication, she has been honored with the Life Impact Award from Northwestern – The Tribute to Women in the Industry Award from the YMCA and Woman Who Mean Business Award from the San Diego Business Journal.

Keep). Ms. Hovey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, San Diego. She received her Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. While in law school, Ms. Hovey interned for the California Supreme Court (Justice Malcolm Lucas).
